In the Community

Dalzells of Markethill have been a part of the local community for over 50 years.

We believe in giving back to support those organisations who benefit others such as sports clubs, schools and charities. It’s our way of saying thank you for the support we’ve been given over the years and to ensure that we remain at the heart of the community for years to come.

Here are just some of the organisations we support through sponsorship or other means.

Sport

We sponsor the shirt for Irish Premier League Club, Portadown FC, the First XV shirts for both the City of Armagh RFC and Banbridge RFC. We also have pitch-side billboards at Loughgall FC and Armagh FC.

Education

Dalzells are also proud to support local education by providing widescreen televisions for the reception area in Markethill High School.

Charities and Good Causes

We support a number of charities and good causes through raffle prize donations and in many other ways.

Markethill Community Association which helps to set up trips, events and dinners for people in the local community
Markethill Festival which aims to raise funds for numerous local charities
Southern Area Hospice which provides invaluable care and support for people with cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease and AIDS
St. Luke’s Hospital in Armagh
